The only reason I gave this Coles 3 stars was to there was hardly any stock on the shelves, it was all in the boxes unopened, stacked up in the aisles. This made it hard to manoeuvre past them to get to things I needed. I actually tripped on an empty box that had been left there.So my suggestion to Coles is to pack shelves before opening or after closing, it will make our shopping experience at little more pleasant.

Long wait at the register. 1 open but no one in attendance, long line of customers. Waited til operator finished packing cigarettes in cupboards in service desk, then provided service.

One of the staff members, she is an Asian, short and so rude. I am an Asian too but when I asked for help she simply ignored me and when I called her again her bitter face still hits me so hard. She is so rude if it happens again then I will formally report her to the company

The last two experiences with click and collect have been very poor.The most recent time, I placed a grocery order at 6am for pick up between 6pm-8pm. I arrive and there had been an issue with my order (on the stores side) but no one had bothered to contact me. I left without my groceries.The time before that I had a grocery pick up between 6pm - 8pm. I arrived at 7pm to find the online area, not staffed. All staff members had left for the day. After a lengthy delay and calling the stores general number I was able to locate a staff member to bring me my groceries.I thought once off was just a mistake, two times in a row is poor customer service.I won’t be shopping via click and collect at this Cole’s store and I’d seriously advise you to consider carefully should you choose to.
