We had a great experience with Narellan, everyone is so professional and knowledgeable in their team, they go above and beyond to deliver a great result. Rob kept us always up to date with the progress, we appreciated him always being in touch and explaining every part of the process. We love our pool, it looks fantastic and it is fairly easy to maintain as we got a good handover from Narellan on how to look after it. If you are building a pool definitely go to Narellan - the best pool builders in town. Thanks again Narellan team for looking after us!

Dave, Rob and the team are all so professional, friendly and patient. They dealt with our multiple variations without any issues arising. They made our vision become a reality and with a bit of advise from Rob it looks even better than we imagined.

Very unprofessional, rude and dishonest.Harassing for payment even though the salesman after a catch up stated “pay for work that has been completed” make final payment upon completion.The officer lady is incredibly rude and rather dismissive and one of the most dishonest and disrespectful people I have ever come across.Our pool isn’t completed which we were promised it will be completed by middle of March we are still missing the fence and stacker stone.We’ve made full payment and since haven’t received any returned calls to say when the pool fencing and stacker stone will actually completed.The team of labourers who construct the pool have actually done a great job, professional, reliable and personable. Interestingly when I offered this feedback to the sales man he simply grunted and was not wanting to hear such compliment. I would suggest he learns to respect those staff members as the are the team who build the pool dream he in effect sells!Absolutely do not recommend using Narellan Pools Mackay customer service is everything and this has been one of the most disappointing and disgusting experiences we’ve encountered.

My partner and I recently had a pool installed by Narellen Pools Mackay and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough!From the moment we walked into the showroom, right through to handover Rob, Dave, Cheryl and the team where an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was the workmanship of the highest quality but I commend them on their great communication and professionalism. Rob and his crew installed our 8m Magna pool in Sept last year. Very professional to deal with and I'll be the first to admit I was sceptical about the Magnesium Pool. I'm so glad we went with it and can't thank him enough for convincing us to go that way. The freshness you feel when you get out of the pool is like no other pool I've swam in.He was also able to answer all our annoying questions along the way and still gets the odd call and is quiet happy to offer his advice.Thanks Narrelan Pools Mackay!

We emailed literally every pool builder in Mackay and some didn’t even bother to return the emails, one emailed a quote that they did from looking at the council plan of our block, didn’t even ask us what we wanted not a single questions or discussion with anyone, they didn’t even come to the house where as Narellan not only replied but Dave came round talked to us measured up listened to what we wanted offered suggestions measured up….etc etc…. You get the idea, he actually did his job and did it extremely well.We spend many hours finalising our details and this was just the start of an amazing experience. Rob spent time with us making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and helped fine tune our design and offered assistance all the way along, nothing was ever a bother or an effort, in fact you can really tell Rob loves his job.All of the tradies that were used were amazing it actually felt like we were working with mates and then the final work is unbelievable it is simply spectacular.I really can’t recommend Rob, Paul, Dave and the team highly enough.Thank you everyone you all did such a great job, we love our new resort style back yard.

Can’t fault the team at Narellan Pools Mackay,Start to finish the team we’re great to deal with and managed the process really well and professionally.Finished product is Fantastic and adds so much to our home.Build time frame was great with total project from first contact to completion less than 3 months.Highly recommend the guys for any pool project in our region.
