Windsor Self Serve Laundromat

Time for a real review: My washing came out as if it had been in the floods for both years (soaking wet) and I put my washing in the dryer twice ( for 45 x 2 minutes at $7 a pop) and now it’s warm and still soaking wet. Would not recommend. your better off soaking your washing and washing by hand and then leaving your washing on the line and waiting for the rain to stop. Also my washing still smells dirty and I put in my own washing up detergent so basically they don’t give you fabric softener included as it says on all the machinesFirstly I’ve been using side loading washing machines for close to 30 years and your line halfway across the washing machine door is nothing other than a scam to get people to pay more money for more machines to do their washing. I came back into your store and was staring at the washing machine spinning around telling me it had one minute remaining when it actually took three minutes (no dramas) so there was definitely nothing wrong with the balance of the machine.Secondly if your going to lie about an honest review and try and tell people you saw me put an actual pillow in the washing machine then unfortunately you just proved my point regarding the scams going on in your businessThirdly your signs mention nothing about washing load sizes all they tell you is want you can’t do and what the washing machines don’t do.All you had to do was refund and apologise. No I won’t be making the same mistake twice and come to your business again. My power has been restored now anyway so I can use my own machine in the exact same way I used yours only mine actually works

Clean, efficient. More larger machines on order. Helpful, courteous owner on call if any problems.

Excellent laundromat one of the best I've found in my travels across Australia.Modern very CLEAN machines, well run and fully automated with paywave / card payment. No need to scrounge for coins.Very affordable prices with DETERGENT + SOFTENER included in the price.This laundromat sets a new high standard for future laundry servicesWell done ✅

My best experience at a laundromat yet. Plenty of signage so you can't mess up and very clean. Also scored a washable laundry bag from the owner so now I dont have to take a damn plastic bag with me each time I wash my clothes :)

Open 7 days & no need for cash which great as I only ever have my card with me. Lots of choices of machines to use. No need to take your own detergent either. Clothes came out clean & smelling lovely.

Washers and dyers well maintained, instructions on machine use very clear. Laundromat fresh and clean, a very happy local

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND*My first visit to the Laundromat the owner was there, he was very welcoming, polite & super helpful.The facility is clean, modern & easy to use machinery.It was a nice surprise to find out detergent AND softener was included with the price as well as pay by card available.I generally like the idea of 7-9pm, thank you for the confidence.

Not a bad little laundry but people need to consider others and not take up all the machines
