Conveniently located near great golf courses : The Victoria club and Royal Melbourne. Clean and good sized rooms with good facilities. Quality of dryers in them laundry is poor.

Great room with all necessary amenities. Fantastic helpful happy staff. Close to restaurants and coffee shops, Supermarkets and walking distance to very large mall. Complimentary access to local gym.

Came for a night’s stay after my 7-day walk around the bay. The staff was exceptionally considerate and even congratulated me with a card and badge. Room condition was also top notch.

Excellent accommodation experience at Quest Cheltenham. Location is absolutely fabulous right in the heart of bayside, with everything you need on the doorstep. Spoilt for choice, surrounded by numerous cafes, and restaurants. With large spacious apartments well equipped for long stays. Customer services was brilliant the team are clearly passionate about providing a memorable experience. Looking forward to my next stay!

Had a great stay, Thank you.Very comfortable and relaxing, the location was near my office and it was very quiet so I really enjoyed the stay. There is great restaurants around with in walking distance. you have all you need for comfort with in a 1km radius.

I have stayed at Quest Cheltenham several times when traveling for work, and every stay has been wonderful. The team at Quest are so friendly, car parking is easy, there are great local eateries and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. It can feel isolating traveling solo but I feel very at-home at Quest and highly recommend staying here!

I love staying here, I love the location, and I love the wonderful assistance and support received from front office manager Serena who was aware of a recent family tragedy and was just so supportive with everything during our stay.

Quality vs noise. A very clean and modern room, excellent house keeping. Extremely noisy with buses, cars and commercial waste trucks due to shopping and restaurants in the area on most days. Stayed here one week and will be the last!

Due to my work commitments I am currently staying at Quest Cheltenham 1 or 2 nights every week. ALL of the staff share Nikki's drive for 6-star customer service. On almost every occasion there is some surprising extra effort made. They know the nature of my work and are always on the front foot to try to make it easier for me. The rooms are great - good size, clean and well appointed. The studios and larger rooms are opulent for a single business traveller - but sometimes you need that to balance the work/work balance. The more I stay there, the more I immerse myself in the local ammenities and continue to find enjoyable cafes, walks and eateries. As a business traveller, I highly recommend it!
