Okay, bear with me. I had to get quite a few things fixed around the house we are moving out of and I’m a bit of a novice at this. Some places I rang up to ask about getting work done were great, even if they haven’t been able to help me - explaining why and given me tips on how to proceed.Bella group wasn’t one of these places. I rang on Monday and spoke to Peter and explained that I needed to either have the bottom removed off to kitchen cabinet doors or have them replaced. He told me to bring them in so that he could have a look at them. I couldn’t do this for a couple of days son Thursday. I dropped them off and left with a colleague of his. On the Friday I get a a very abrupt call from Peter telling me that they don’t remodelling of the actual door,. I asked them whether they could replace the doors for me and they tell me it’s not worth their while and if they did it, it would be at the bottom of the list of things to do.So one star for honesty, Minus 4 stars for a poor delivery of message, awful customer service and wasting my time.PS next job is to remodel the kitchen in our new home, and obviously Bella will not be on the top of our list of suppliers.

Peter and the team at Bella provided us with a magnificent kitchen of the highest quality, at a very reasonable price. They were very flexible to our changing requirements and gave expert advice throughout the whole process.
