I had an exceptional experience with the customer service team at Rippon Roadside. Shaun was extremely helpful and efficient in changing my battery. Shaun came to my house was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The whole process was done quickly and seamlessly. I was very impressed with the level of service and care that was provided. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of battery replacement. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

My Father could not start his vehicle and not knowing if it was the battery or alternator we called Sean through word of mouth for help! He was was knowledgeable honest and super efficient.
