The service today was friendly. However I felt taken advantage of today with the upselling. I picked some coffee up for my wife, not knowing what she usually spends. Baby in arms, laden with groceries I was in a hurry. It was suggested I get some of the other capsules they had available and they all happened to be the limited and most expensive ones. When I got home my wife informed me that is double what she usually spends. Guys please keep the customer informed if you are going to upsell the living hell out of everyone who comes into the store. We’re all on a tight budget these days.

Terrible customer service every time I go in. Pressure you to sign up for more memberships. I go here to avoid the city, but won't be back after the rudeness I experienced again tonight. Over it. I'd rather pay postage.

I have had an unpleasant experience at the Nespresso Marion pop up store the last 2 visits. I spend a lot of money there each month and the staff there are so rude. May I suggest that some sort of training in good customer service be a requirement for the staff. I asked for a recycling bag for my capsules, which are free, and you’d think I asked for their first born! The guy tried to upsell me and he was just rude. I purchased 10 sleeves and he said ‘do you want another 10 and just take the box?’ I can only give them one star and that’s because I like the coffee I buy. Please train your staff well before subjecting them to your customers.

Pretty disappointed with the service tonight. With only 2 stores in Adelaide we're limited for choice. Went to get 2 sleeves, arrived at 7 and rudely got turned away. Given we weren't getting much, weren't there to browse, I thought they would of served us. Took us an hour to get there, all other stores closes at 9, we just wanted 3 minutes of your time.

I went in on the 21 June.The guy that served me wasn’t very pleasant towards me. He looked like he didn’t want to be there.I ordered my sleeves which was almost $200. and he was trying to push more on to me. I said no thanks this is all I need.When he said I get these for free he added a sleeve that I would not use. So I said to him in a polite way I’m sorry I won’t drink that so you can give it to someone else. With that he took the sleeve and slammed it onto the counter.I was not expecting that.Unfortunately it’s easier for me to go to this store than the city. But I’m thinking of buying a different machine so I don’t have to go back.

Last few visits have been unpleasant. Staff is usually the same and most are impolite. There is a way to greet customers, accomodating them and servicing their needs, but it seems the staff here doesn’t know how. Mediocre service.I usually visit the Adelaide store and they provide an exceptional service. Very warm, professional and courteous. Marion staff need retraining.

Bec, is unbelievable!! She explained and thoroughly allowed to taste and show off the blends , I walked out with Infiniment gourmet range, hazelnut, and chocolate intenso,I spent $7o.oo , no buyers remorse!!!! Here!!!!
