Bought a lot of bits and pieces from parts for hot rods. So far I found the quality of parts to be good, the website easy to navigate and postage time and costs to be very reasonable. On the odd occasions I have needed o contact them by phone the customer service has been excellent.

Went in the store waiting agers for any service. Ordered a part 2 months ago and have received any phone call. He said they have an order coming but didn’t order the product. He was soo rude. Customer service was horrible not going here again.

Avoid this company!!! We purchased online a carburettor for our rebuilt engine. The one we received leaked from several places upon starting the engine, we then took it to a mechanic who specialized in carburettors and he gave a report, photos and videos of this purchased carburettor filled with metal filings, poorly shaped components - in short a faulty item. This has caused damage to our engine. Upon discussions with this company, it was agreed they will refund the cost of the carburettor when we send it back to them. Now they have received the carburettor we sent in good faith they are refusing the refund!!!! Not an ethical company and selling defective goods!~!!! Avoid!!
