All Star Nails Brunswick

The worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. The girl that was working on Sunday afternoon, Not only did it cut my skin in delicate areas more than twice, it didn't remove enough of my dry skin where it needed to be. I recommend looking at the reviews before going to this place.

Do not go to this place. I had a 3:30 appointment and did not get served until an hour after I had arrived. They did not tell me I would be waiting that long. People who had just walked in got served before me. I got SNS nails and they look nothing like the photo I showed them. When she was filing them she also was cutting into my skin and I started bleeding but she didn’t even say anything. I politely asked them to next time just let me know if they are behind schedule and I would’ve happily come back later as I live close, but they didn’t even apologise and still made me pay full price. Ridiculous experience here, never going back.

I LOVE all star nails. My nails have lasted almost a month and I even returned for shortening in that time, they still stayed strong! Such friendly service, couldn’t recommend this place more. Love it

The person that did my nails is usually excellent. Today she had 8-9 people all seated waiting for her to do their nails. There’s no way one person can adequately service all these people alone. I think management/the owners are being incredibly unreasonable here expecting one person to be able to cope. This is minimum a two person job, probably a three person job on busy days like the lead in to Christmas. From the time I sat down I was there for over two hours and I left with a rushed job, not great quality nails and red SNS polish residue on my skin that couldn’t be washed off. This business needs to treat their staff and their customers better.

They left me with 3 slightly bleeding fingers after doing SNS. Extremely rough, have never bled from doing my nails before. Inexcusable, they were obviously busy and did a shoddy and rough job of my nails.When I showed them my bleeding fingers, they didn’t say a word about it, not an apology either.Will never come back, that’s for sure.

I love my nails! It looks so neat, thanks for the great work. I made an appointment, went in on time and didnt have to wait, everything got done in 45mins. Very accommodating and reasonable price. Annie is amazing, so professional and friendly, the best nail technician I have ever met. Will definitely go back.

Chloe is the best!! Showed her a nail art photo and she absolutely delivered as well at an amazing price. She works so hard, and even if busy does an amazing job!

All star is near to my place which is a bonus for me. I was there a couple of times for waxing which was a good experience. She was super fast at her job which I like it so much. This time I popped over for the sns and that was my first experience of Sns in all start, I can say I’m really satisfied with the result. Not only super fast at her job, but also so careful and paying attention to the shape of nails. They also offer a wide range of sns, shellac and nail polishes. The price is also reasonable.Thanks guys for ur great customer service. Keep it up.
