We had a house alarm, driveway alert and intercom installed by Michael and the team and we are very happy. They connected the intercom to our existing solar gate and whilst we encountered a few issues with the gate battery holding sufficient charge for the intercom Michael and team persisted. They were super responsive when I called with problems and we are vary happy with the quality of all the products used.

So disappointed. Have had a driveway alarm for a long time from this company but transmitter played up so ordered a new one. The new one only works every now and again. Called to ask for help and when I mentioned I would need to send back for a refund the guy hung up on me. Sent a message via messenger and was ignored. Would not recommend.

The Driveway alarm does not work in cold weather at below 5 degrees Celcius you can walk or drive past it and it just won't work. The day fines up and it works - sometimes double alarming.So useless in Winter at night / early morning.Not recommended..Then there is the question of dealing with a firm that admits their product is likley to be faulty, having taken your money up front, whose customer service is sluggish at best insists that the client now further extends their good will to gain a working replacement. By insisting that we first send back their faulty alarm system, that does at least work sometime and in doing so asking the now unsecured client to just wait ....wait.... wait on an unresponsive merchant to finally send back a working unit (we hope) seems like a one way proposition especially from a firm that promotes products and itself as a company that will keep you and your family secure.Maybe better to find a company that has a care for client ethic rather than a transactional website interested in your upfront payment as its prime driver.
