I rang Mobile Tec looking to purchase an old phone that would take a standard sim card. I was desperate to find one and had rang many other numbers before I found them. No one else seemed to care and although they did not have one, they offered to ask around for one for me. Customer service like that is rare these days and although I ended up finding one myself, I will not forget their kindness and will recommend them to anyone I know who has problems with their phone. Thanks again so much for caring, I wish all businesses really cared about their customers the way you do, it would certainly make for a better world.

Exceeded expectations beyond reason. Dropped in on the off chance my iPhone SE screen could be replaced. Walked out 30 minutes later with a like-new phone, bombproof case and warm fuzzy feeling inside. Thank you Mobile Tec. Stay classy.

Sat on my phone, smashed my screen somehow. Anyways shopped around southland for a new screen. This was the first place I visited, and was the friendliest, by far the least amount of money. Would recommend 10/10

My son went to three phone shops at Southland for his iPhone camera to be cleaned - 1st was quoted $90, 2nd $110 and then went to Mobile Tec and it was just $30. He did a great job and didn’t try and scam my son. We will be back for all future repairs.
