Sharon’s Saturday morning yoga class at Churchill Island is not only set in a beautiful location but is also a fantastic class. I’m new to yoga so I was very impressed by Sharon’s teaching and her verbal adjustments were excellent to ensure I was doing the poses correctly and safely. My favourite part was Shavasana - listening to Sharons relaxing voice and the extra treat of an eye pillow to further enhance the experience. I would 100% recommend Sharon’s yoga class and look forward to doing more.
