So annoyed at this shop. They sold me a item, and later found out that it was not suitable for our stove. I went to return it 30 mins later, and was told No refund, in store credit only.I don't won't an in store credit. I want our money back so I can use it elsewhere.Plus, are things really on sale? When I compare prices to other shops. They sell same item for the same price as discounted price at the House shop.Watch before you buy. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

LEVEL 7 SMASHING REVIEWS ***I will say this is a small house store but it does everything you need, crying shame no Afterpay in store but, but on the top side that possibly saves a lot of peanuts to be honest with you but that's perfectly fine in the facts of life.My kitchenaid food processor and mixer both came from here, it's great that a small store like Echuca can stock the leading brand KitchenAid for every thing you need in the kitchen and that's a fact of life.Most of my kitchen have been brought from House Echuca and the customer is friendly and the advice is professional and they never miss a beat at this store which is great!House Echuca is a asset to the Echuca main street and it's always a pleasure to do business with them.

Would love to give no Stars. My Daughter purchased an item for a present for her brother. He already has a similar item . My daughter tried to return for refund and was flat out refused. Asked for a credit note, once again refused. Told if she wanted to exchange she had to select something today or nothing. She purchased item only the day before and was unopened Very poor form and my daughter said why would she want support shops here with this attitude. We as a family will never step foot inside this store again

A very rude salesman. NO cash sales, and a very aggressive abnoxious manner to the customer before me. Won't ever be back.

I picked out $350 worth of new saucepans today, when I went to pay cash they refused to except it. Apparently they don’t take cash because of the pandemic. Wondering why they didn’t ask me to wear a mask! Other House store except cash, but not Echuca.

Have shopped here happily for several years, but today was different. Sure there's a sale on and things were busy, but a price on a product should be honoured. It was pointed out to the staff that the price charged at the counter was not accurate, but the staff member quickly grabbed the price ticket and said it must be a mistake. Bad and blunt response. I put all the other things back and left.

Small store, but nice staff. Manager (Margaret) was very helpful and made me feel welcome.
