Literally non existing customer service a rude staff in JD Warringah Mall. They refused to accept a return even though the shoes had several big cracks in the sole. Do not bother wasting your time and money with these people, awful experience!

Custumer service is 0 I wish I can give zero stars , bough a Nike shoes , 3 days ago , Nike logo felt off , I back to the store , they said I’ve already wear the shoes there’s nothing to do , better buy from any other store avoid this store ……. I hope they can get properly training and change management….

Went to buy a shoes for my friend's birthday I spent $200 for the shoe. Went back the next day as the size didn't fit well, and without urging to help the guy rudely replied that was the last pair. Got my refund for no size availability.Last week went in with my friend found a pair of shoe attractive which was on sale asked them if they had a fresh pair as that one was so dirty that even if they provided me for free I would never accept it. The guy replied he could take $20 off but that was the last pair. Whilst I never asked for any discount the only thing I wanted was fresh pair and I would happily pay the full amount he kind of put the customers down and said 'no pressure at all' and walked away. Such a rude and attitude filled people in customer service for a good brand like JD Sports. Kick these kind of staff out.Will never in my entire life visit this store and highly recommend not to visit this store

First time that I am given a place a bad review. The worse customer service ever! I am really disappointed with the unprofessional manner of the manager and her staff. I bought a shoes to my husband that we realised after 3 hours that the Nike symbol fall off… they tried to persuade me saying that was my fault (wear and tear) not a faulty shoes and they were very rude. Shocking, I have never encountered a customer service like this! They lost a loyal customer and many more after today! Well done

Extremely bad service. Rude, unprofessional, lazy service and didn’t care about customers or even tried to help me. To add to awful customer service, they barely have any sizes and when we picked out a pair of shoes, they sold dirty ones. When we went to return them because of the dirt, they spoke rudely and told me that I spoke and acted rudely for returning a dirty item they sold in the first place. They need to have more respect for customers.

Not even worth 1 star! Ordered some shoes online instore at the kiosk as they said there was stock available. Heard nothing for 7 days. I called them to find out what was happening and then I received an email saying 'sorry stock not available come back to store to receive a refund!' No thanks! JD Sports stuffed up not me. And now you expect me to come back to the store for a refund. Awful customer service! Will never shop at JD sports again.

I went to JD sports this morning, it was super busy and I must say the customer service was outstanding, HARRY was extremely helpful finding a right size for me, I always get stuck finding the right size and end up not buying any shoes, He is the first person who took time and actually told what is my correct size. Thank you so much Harry! Much appreciated.

The shoes i ordered online arrived and still have the security tags on them so i had to cut them with plyers , pretty average wouldn't recommend.

Wanted to buy shoes for our 9 year old but told this shop that sells shoes DOES NOT MEASURE FEET!What a joke.No wonder retail stores are in trouble. My advice to them, pack up and leave it to the companies who take the job seriously.
