Made an appointment to get acrylics filled and gel polish, explaining I had to be finished to do school run. Drove in from out of town and upon greeting me immediately told it would take longer. Obviously she realised their mistake! She tried to tell me I didn't say on phone I wanted them filled and I only asked for gel polish for fingers and toes, and tried to put blame on me. But I was quoted $65, which is what I paid elsewhere to have new acrylics applied and gel polish 2 weeks ago! Surely gel polish alone isn't $65? Won't be back again, might drive to Cairns instead.
