Extremely rude staff. Told a customer to shut their mouth when talking. Unbelievable. The male pharmacist has ZERO PR skills. Is entirely unfriendly and rude to customers. Have seen this phamacist chase a male customer, down the middle of the pharmacy, demanding medication back, which he JUST GAVE the customer, because the customer said something he didn't agree with. I am not an expert. But my personal opinion is that this man is not well and most definately shouldn't be working in an industry thats involved in working with people at their most vulnerable. Some of the staff working there are pleasant. But there is an unhealthy vibe developing among the people in charge here. Stay away!

Chemist Outlet charged me $20 for a prescription the first time and $11 for the same prescription a month later. When I complained I got a very unfriendly reply- “we don’t price match”. Ok, fine, I thought. I’ll buy the same prescription online from the Chemist Warehouse for $7.69. Never looked back after a quick delivery by mail.

I bought something and was open and I went to return it straight away and they told me to come another day when the manager working, and another day, and another day and keep procrastinating.Really bad service. I have to say that the girl at the check out was nice :) the girls at the pharmacy not. Is not that difficult to return something when is not even my fault.

The middle aged pharmacist that was working today at 4:45, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. From a trained nurse, you need to learn some bedside manner. It is not a optional thing when dealing with patients, it's a requirement.

Customer Service was non existent when I went to the Byron Bay store to purchase a product. I was totally ignored by the staff member on the counter whilst she thought listening a to her colleague gossip was more important then serving me. Some serious training in customer service skills are needed for this young lady. She is promoting a very bad image for the store.

Very disappointing experience with the female pharmacist last Saturday morning 28/10/22. I just had a nasty fall outside the chemist & went inside in lots of pain & with a bleeding knee. When asked for help she replied: I don’t do First Aid & just wanted to sell me items for me to treat the injury. Such an indifference, lack of compassion & care by some one in her position.I won’t be shopping there anymore.

The ladies working at the back of the chemist behaved extremely unprofessional, gossiping about other staff, treating customers more like cattle than people and looking down their noses at everyone who walked up. It was comical to watch the difference between them and the lovely ladies at the front desk who greeted us all with a smile and politely and professionally did their job. Management has some serious thinking to do.

I am medically exempt from wearing a mask however was carrying my friends mask in my hand while she was waiting outside. The lady named Jackie waited till I got to the counter to proceed to call me disrespectful for not wearing one when I legitimately have an exemption letter..: I was so shocked at how rude she was
