Bras N Things

As a male, visiting lingerie stores can be a uncomfortable and slightly daunting experience but today at this store the way I was assisted was perfect. I was helped out by an awesome girl who I am pretty sure is the manger, all I simply did was show her a photo of what I was wanting to get for a gift and she went and retrieved it for me which was awesome of her instead of just pointing in the direction of where it is, which is what most stores do. When I was there I was telling her about how I couldn't find a few things while I was shopping as well and she even gave me some advice on where to buy these things and how to get it before Christmas. So all round a great experience and I will return in the future. Thanks a lot!!!!

Such amazing service! I was instantly greeted by two lovely ladies, and was asked if I needed any help a couple of times during my visit. The tall blonde lady that was on until close on Sunday the 13th was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! She is an absolute asset to this team and gave me some great advice. The lady that served me (Jennifer) was equally as lovely and personable. Castle Hill is over an hour away from me but I would gladly travel back for that level of service.Mind you, I was in the store a few minutes before close, with a handful of others and I was still encouraged to try items on and didn't once feel ushered out even though other stores had started to close. These two lovely ladies should be praised for their high level of customer service, their bubbly personalities, and their high energy!

Worst store I have ever stepped foot into. Customer service was non existent. Walked around the store for 20minutes with no acknowledgement at all!Shop was empty so I would think any customer that walked in would be se what of a priority.

I never came here, but Google asked me to review it so I will.I am a man. This is a bra shop. For some reason, I could not fault this place. It just had such a wide selection of... Well bras and things.A place only a woman loves to shop in and a place where men only dream about what goes into those items.

Look I don’t usually write a poor review for many places, however my experience at this store was not one of my favourites. I was served by a lady who’s name I believe was Leah, she was quite abrupt and blunt in conversation and I also had to make a return of the bra that was fitted by herself as it was not performed correctly. Upon making the return the worker by the name of Kat, whom was very helpful and understanding was able to instantly help recorrect the sizing with ease. It definitely felt like she had the time for customers, was compassionate and is a good conversationist. She definitely has outstanding skills to work in retail as the other lady did not.As I said before I tend to not like leaving poor reviews… but I just feel as of though management should be aware and maybe more customer training should be implemented. But kudos to Kat for making me feel important as customers should.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of nice lingerie to choose. Price can be expensive but they are good quality material.

Felt comfortable buying a gift for my wife, as a man Lingerie is something that's quite foreign to us but the staff were great. Not sure where the couple of negative reviews below come from.

The lovely ladies here helped me vhoose a comfortable bra and finally I know my size. My notably, Leah was so wonderful and welcoming. I was very insecure at first but she immediately made me comfortable and welcome. If I could rate higher I would.
