My lease expired and started to run periodic and due to my lack of understanding I let it go then two months later they ask to renew lease with increase in rent from 175 to 200 a week I tried to negotiate unsuccessfully. Was lied to and told I was sent an email months ago to renew lease. I never was sent an email about renewing the lease. Had many issues with maintenece requests. This real estate agency is trying to take advantage of me and I don't appreciate it one bit!

I have been trying to get hold of someone for over 4 weeks now to look at one of there properties they have for sale, no one answers the phone, absolutely no replys to emails or messages, i feel sorry for people wanting to sell through them, shocking service,

Agents were no show to a home open leaving 60+ people waiting for 45 minutes. They made no effort to contact anyone and once we got a hold of them they said that there was an agent on site showing the property which was a lie. Horrible to do this to prospective tenants in a rental crisis.

INCREDIBLY poor communication and customer service from Will Trainer who is apparently the manager at the R&H Cannington office. On multiple occasions over the period of Dec 21- Feb 22 I requested to view apartments located in the Perth CBD. At each home open time several interested people had registered to view the properties and no one ever turned up. No email or text to advise us that they were cancelled. One viewing was on a public holiday. When we called the office to find out where Will was we were all greeted with rude and unfriendly responses. One person was told the apartment was already under application even though the home open never occurred. I would avoid dealing with this agency as I can't imagine what they'd be like to deal with as one of their tenants.

BEWARE OF THIS SCANDAL BUSINESSHighly unprofessional, not able to get any sort of reply, refuse to give back rental bonds even if the owner of the house is happy with the hand over, they run a post rental cleaning business who in fact is the company to come in after each renter and inspect. Reached out to other customers that have fealty with this company and they didn’t get there bonds back either due to will just ignoring them for months upon end. Even though we got 2 other contracted post rental cleaning companies in to do the clean and have been given a certificate that the house is on equal or exceeding the standard. The rental was cleaner than when we received the house to begin with but refuses to respond to text/calls or emails about return of bond, slandered our names on rental references to make it harder for us to find rentals.WILL and his team are a bunch of gutless scammers. Avoid at all costs. Find another company to Pursue your next house or rental. Pathetic.

If I could give this company no stars I would. They never reply to emails and the staff when you finally do get them on the phone are rude. If you are a property owner and Ayesha is your Property Manager, find another agent now as she never returns calls or emails. Even if somehow despite this companies’ incompetent management you somehow manage to have a great tenant they will be sure to get fed up and leave.

Phone calls, emails and messages all go unanswered. Been trying to go hold of someone for almost 2 weeks!! Appalling customer service.

Pathetic service !!!I went to the home open today and at the home opening time I get an email that the apartment has been leased out to someone. My precious time was wasted. They didn’t have the courtesy to at least call me or inform me that this was the situation. I wouldn’t recommend these people as they are highly unprofessional.This was absolutely disgusting!!!
