From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted with a happy professional staff member, Cheryl was very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs and requirements. We had plans as to what we wanted and after talking with Cheryl all foreseeable problems or likely faults that we did not considered were discussed and alternatives were set.Excellent product knowledge, customer service and professionalism. Well done!

Great selection of bath tubs and related unities. Everything was very stylish. I love the fact that you can select your own combinations of vanity cabinet, sink etc. Staff here was very kind too. We will come back for our bathroom renovation!

Was a good experience to start with but they left out a part and sent it via normal post when I paid around $100 for express delivery. The shower screen got here overnight and the bit of plastic took over a week. When I mentioned it, the staff member didn't even reply.

Great service and prompt supply.While we were only doing a small project to replace a vanity and mirrored cabinet, the team let us respectfully browse and then when we needed assistance listened to our requirements and help us get the right products. The custom benchtop and the order were ready within a week. And the referral to My Home Building & Renovations meant it was installed the next day.

My husband and I had the BEST experience at Highgrove Bathrooms Cannington. Cheryl and Linda were absolutely amazing, very knowledgable and helpful and we felt very taken care of. We've been shopping around as we are renovating an entire house, and we found the prices here to be extremely reasonable and the customer service to be the best we've experienced!
