Was referred to this place by my insurance company - nothing but trouble since I picked up the car from being repaired. Even in the driveway of the businesses the engine light was on. Was told by the workers it was ok to drive. But they did not know what the code was and I was sent on my way. Turns out the car should never have been driven as it was a code that concerned the power control module. Right headlight was replaced as part of the damaged works, but in replacing the light (second hand parts no less) they crushed the wiring loom causing no lights on that side- rendering the car technically unroadworthy. Paint job on the quarter panel is very poor, paint actually has runs in it. This is how the car was handed back as job complete. Look elsewhere if you want quality work done.

Unfortunately for me I damaged my car again, fortunately though I used Sheppard's and again they did not disappoint. Paul Ray was super help full, with his nothing is a problem approach, fixed my bumper within the hour and I walked away happy.Thanks again guys, another happy customer, highly recommend.

I asked Sheppards Body Works to spray and replace the damaged plastic bumper on my late model car. Once he saw it, Paul suggested that they would be able to repair it instead of replace it. I got it back in the time they quoted, and they saved me $300 off the quoted price. A perfect job, and overall, I couldn't be happier with both the work and the customer service they offered. Thanks all!

Initially I was happy with their repair until I took the car to my regular mechanic to service 3 months after the repair. My mechanic found that the drive belt is replace with one of the wrong size and the belt tensioner is missing. No other parties have worked on the car for the last 5 years+ so my mechanic suggested I talk to Sheppards to see if they had done something to the drive belt. It was flat out denied by Sheppards that they had done anything to it and that they don't even know how to do it. I could not think of any other reason that the drive belt is changed and the tensioner is missing. This is supposed to be a 1 star review, I added another star because the body work done was decent. It's best to get your car checked out by your mechanic after your car is repair by Sheppards as I have found out. Won't be recommending them and definitely won't be going back to them for repairs again.

The team at Shepherds were fantastic at fixing our car. They also followed up on an issue two weeks later that was unrelated to the original job. We have a very happy p-plater zipping around in her as-new Bettle.
