terrible service, we constantly get calls every night or day. the nurses who would come were dopey esp irene but grandma died anyway as she cant walk to machine from bedroom and my grandma does not know english.will be suing company for wasting my time & family and loss of work,$ and loss of contracts--thinking this monitoring service for elderly living alonewe don't drive even if middle of same suburb as we're disabled or health reasonslearn from our mistake, 1 elderly should not ever live alone esp with walking cradles and should live with another person2 dont rely on these if 1 has heart attack, or panics after a fall esp with mem-loss disabilities can forget.to press alarm.3 power-loss disables nbn and units just giant doorstoppers and useless.4 neck alarms are choke hazard when one sleeps5 no-lack of service and false-alarms we get phone calls all day

Fantastic service, very prompt and friendly response. Just one quibble - my mum has accidentally pressed button a couple of times but didn't realised she had until being called by mepacs to ask if she wanted an ambulance etc.

Excellent service.Daily support for disabled or seniors who live alone and have medical conditions or at risk of falls.A daily call-in check by pressing a button is easy for most to manage.The staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive.

MePACS provided a good service for my Mum during 2022. She felt secure staying in her own home alone. On the occasion she had to use the service, the staff were supporting, caring and professional.Thank you.

Check in service is a failure. Independently call your loved ones each morning and do not rely on them. Check in is advertised 6-11am. However we were not contacted until more than 4hrs after this time… found our family member on the ground in her home after suffering a stroke. MePacs “we have until 3pm and it depends where there name is on the list.” I don’t see this advertised anywhere. My Facebook review was removed… so I am posting this via my husbands google account and continue to await the terms and conditions of the check in service and an outcome to their investigation while our family member is told she will never be able to return home again and will have to live in assisted living moving forward. Strokes require critical attention and the severity of her stroke may have been lessened if assistance was issued sooner.
