What a bully!!!! The Bathurst ahop manager Shenne and Enka They are Very veyy rude!On 31 Dec 2022, around 3pm!First visit was around 1pm.So bad experience here Bathurst shop!If there is a 0 rate I can rate,I will do!My mum took my oldest daughter to pick a pair earrings for her present, the first pair was Faulty items! Luckly we have not left yet!We found out was these pair are damage item! So we went to back to the shop...I showed them thr Faulty earrings!The 'Manager ' Shenne and Enka said there is nothing wrong about it! ' Back close switch on side missing! Both od them said dont know what to do about it ! And later on said can give me credit, I said I am not local only today bring family here shopping! She said I can bring back to local shop swope.And we decide to upgrade the $69 one, happy to pay the different!She (Shenne) Firstly said cant do it! I asked are you sure?! And then she very unhappy to take the item out and told me the price is $79!So rude! Said cant sell for $69 have to be $79.After I am really Angry about it, she said can mark done the price for $69I cant believe you Bathurst staff this rude and racist！My mum was waiting for us outside(take very long time) they are Laugh at my mum as well! Awful shop Awful people. My two daughters was with me all the time.To watch a live rude and racist show at you Bathurst shop!I believe they know these pair faulty items at beginning, , but deliberately sell to us! Because look this shop's reviews! Understand now!First visit around 1pm, then back around 3pm.I am happy the head office check the shop camras!

Great friendly customer service

Worst A&C ever. Staff are rude and bratty especially the young blonde one. You're one of many jewellers in Bathurst of all places, you could at least wait for people to leave the store before pulling faces and talking about customers.

Went in store to look at some jewellery gotnlooked at by a worker but no help was offered

The manager is a horrible woman. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not shop here! Worst Angus and Coote in Australia.. just find another store or you will regret it.
