I started ordering products from Dermavault early this year and so far im really happy with the service. As im buying from an online store i honestly didn't think I'd care about anything other than the quality of the product itself but kind people at Dermavault have made it an enjoyable experience by making suggestions based on what I've previously bought and sending personalised written messages. It feels like im getting face to face quality customer service.

I love Dermavault because I can get the genuinely good brands I cannot get elsewhere. I am Korean who has been using Korean skincare products almost exclusively for the past 10 years, and yet she always discovers some brands that I did not know about! True hidden gems they are! She recommended me some products at a pop-up shop some time ago, and I absolutely love everything.

This place has the very best range of Korean cosmetic products and sometimes the pricing is better than when you buy them from Korea. Recently tried a few different items(skin care products and cosmetic products like eyeshadows) and I find all of them exceeding my expectation. I'm happy that I found this place.
