Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Macfield's. Visited to exchange an item to large, I purchased from Rockdale Plaza, they didn't have the same stock, so reluctantly chose another item. The lady serving wanted to charge me extra, even though I had purchased originally 3 garmets for $15 each. I finally told her don't worry I'll go back to Rockdale as there customer service was not the same as her store and they will exchange in the same style but White. Went back exchanged at Rockdale, hassle free. Won't ever step into Glenquarie again. Their store wasn't as colourful and somewhat messy. Hope you have a merry Christmas and get some rest to come back with a smile in 2023.

I've made 16 phone calls to this store since Friday & the phone is constantly engaged.Do they just take the phone of the hook ?This is not good business practice people...

Visited store on Friday 8th of January.Asked shop assistant if they had covid QR code.She didnt know anything about,informed her that every business is supposed to have one.She replied'Dont tell us what to do' in an angry manner.She was very rude.

The website says it closes at 4:00pm and I went at 2:40 pm, it was closed but the employee is inside !! Please be more honest with your website information !!!!!!
