Was sent to Malaga from the Ellenbrook store. Was at the front door of the Malsga store when they locked the doors. Did not even offer a courtesy. I will now go to Total tools who offer good service. Very poor form Repco when your Ellenbrook store out of stock. Will now spend my $1000 per month somewhere else. There staff need to be more skilled in customer service and get their stock levels right.

Was extremely unhelpful - there was a part missing from a sealed box and said tough luck mate - wouldn’t help me at all - the manager was even worse - I heard him telling the girl to just tell him to deal with the manufacturer even though I bought it from Repco!

Wasn't interested in sorting warranty issue out on a weekend, just told to call back during the week.Working in a customer service industry myself, I fully understand the manufacturer may need to be consulted but, anyone in a service industry knows, it takes 30 seconds to get a customers details so you can call the customer back as part of good customer service.If you have that many people you need to call back to make this to hard perhaps you need to look at your products you sell.

I visited this store to look for a replacement car part. Flagged down a staff member who told me they'd get back to me once customers at the till were served. Never happened, and they didn't bother making any apology. Queue just kept piling up. I left after waiting 15 minutes.
