Great experiences with both leasing agent (soul) and property manager (jone). Soul has been very tenacious with leasing my property and getting the numbers I want with fantastic follow ups. Jone has been a super realiable property manager always keeping me up to date with any and every information I need to know. Would recommend to use this team even if you’re not a local!

This agent arranged for repairs on the vacant property that they manage, which is next door to me. Their contractor covered my home and aircon unit in 20 years of roof debris.I have a text message from the agency telling me it's my problem and nothing to do with them.Their contractor hung up on me when I told him I had a quote of $275 to service/clean my aircon unit, which is full of debris.Meanwhile, I have no heating and it was 2c overnight. Three days in and it looks like I will have to pay for the repairs and then chase him through the courts. And I still have a couple of hours work ahead to clean up the debris that covers the entire wall of my home from the eaves to the paths.Zero stars. Would not recommend.

Fantastic service from a renters point of view. Jen from Ray White Reservoir has given me nothing but first rate, prompt service in times of need. She often goes above and beyond the requirements and requests. Would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of renting in the area.

Ray White Reservoir have been managing my property for some year now.When it was time to find a new renter Soul Suzuki was the person who took the lead and performed his magic. He was excellent in his communication. He listened to my feedback back, understood what renters I'm after, kept me in loop by updating me after every inspection, never kept me in the dark, always well informed and followed it by emails.Now the property is being managed by Isabella Orlando who has been doing that for few years with excellent record.

I have been renting for nearly 10 years and by far, Jen Simpson at Ray White Reservoir has created the most positive experience for me. She is professional, reliable, accommodating and quick-to-respond. All my queries and requests have been promptly replied or taken action. She is very friendly and kind too.It is sad that I have to leave the house that I rent because it was on sale, but thanks to her, I have had the most wonderful renting experiences.
