Ray White Port Macquarie

My daughter has moved into her first property and it is filth,I'm not even sure the person who did the ingoing inspection had their eyes open..Mouse poo in cupboards,dust in every crevis. I took my vacuum over and filled the barrel with dust in just a 2 bed unit.....There is old tenants junk in the unlockable garage..So many spelling mistakes on condition report,is there no auto correct in this office.... Also found a hole in the roof...We have spent a day that should have been moving in cleaning from top to bottom ....I sure bet the last tenant would not have gotten their bond back. This has put a sour taste in our mouths and it should be a happy time moving into your first home....

We contacted Ray White when we were moving up to Port Macquarie we required a rental while our home was being built. Extremely disappointed with Michael Whiting, Ray White Port Macquarie. We recently purchased a property from Michael and had the following experience:The property was subject to probate as it was a deceased estate. Michael said probate would take about 6 to 8 weeks. Not knowing when the application for probate had been lodged, we accepted Michael's word. Probate took 6 MONTHS. I acknowledge that probate was outside Michael's control but we were MISLED about the possible time-frame. Apparently the application was lodged only a week or two prior to listing the property for sale. As an investment property, considerable $$$ in rental income were lost.Michael advertised the property as having high end appliances". The only such appliance was the dishwasher
