Exceptionally switched on

I had solar installed by this company. There were quite a few problems with it and parts had to be replaced and there are problems ongoing that I’ve asked about a number of times. I’ve asked why this keeps happening and I am fobbed off fairly regularly with comments like ‘the company hasn’t gotten back to us’. When you spend a substantial amount of money on something like this in the first six months of it being installed when there’s problems you want to know why. I really think because these people are more expensive than most other installers they need to value add with after-care service and get back to their customers promptly with solutions to problems which doesn’t happen. Sorry but it needs to.
