Had fantastic service from a lady working at Woolies Bargara called Asia,..thank you so much :-)

Always has great customer service. If you see something advertised online or in your catalogue, they will do their darnest to find the product for you - especially for unusual specials. The store is clean, team members are helpful, and stock is good

If you advertise that you’re open till 6pm maybe don’t make your doors exit only at 5.50pm?? Lucky Aldi next door was still open…

Great to shop here today. Bought everything I went in for. Staff eager to help.

Guys what’s going on? Frozen bread and bakery goods. Frozen fruit and veg…. Got some baby cucumbers today and they are all soggy. Bargara is becoming more populated by the day- lift your game on service and produce. You never have the checkouts open and the older ladies stand around chatting whilst the elderly customers struggle through self serve. It’s really not good enough.

Customer experience ordinary, entered near bottle shop and my shopping was back to front. Need to enter from main entrance to start in fresh area. Store is clean and tidy, ok staff, Also also available, would prefer ALDI for price. Bottle shop cramped and a under whelming. Staff not so friendly. Though price better than elsewhere in Bargara, case of beer $5 more.

I feel like I'm being treated unfairly, I just bought a bunch of bananas yesterday, when I was paying for myself a staff member came up and said it was not regular bananas but organic bananas (very bad attitude and very rude), I told her This is seven dollars per kilogram for lady finger, and six dollars per kilogram for organic bananas! She completely ignored what I said, and impatiently threw my banana aside and re-weighed and scanned again. The result came out the same thing, and she kept saying that this is not an ordinary banana, it is organic. banana! Afterwards, she canceled the bill I paid before, and then saw that the price she scanned was the same as mine, so she said that you are right! That's it! I got into the car after paying and got angrier the more I thought about it! I decided I didn't want it, took it in and returned it! As a result, another staff member said that there is no refund! I thought about it and forgot I didn't want to own any of the things I bought here, so I just walked away with nothing! Never tried such a feeling!

Larger store. Reasonable range but delicatessen not up to bigger city standards.

Not sure what has happened to the customer service in this store. Went in today for the usual shop, and there was only one register open, right down the end. Not an unusual situation in this store lately, I might add. Huge pile of groceries in front of us, huge line of people behind us, no management in sight, or apparently any awareness by staff of the situation. Went over to the self-service area, informed the lady standing there (with her back to all the registers), and she assured us 'someone will be there shortly'. Went back into line, and waited. And waited. No action, and the queue behind us continued to grow. Apparently, this employee felt the situation would just resolve itself, as if by magic. Some time later, I spotted another employee nearby, and asked him if something could be done about this ridiculous situation. He said I should go up and talk to the people near self-checkout. I said yes, I've already tried that, but nothing is happening. Nobody seemed to care. So, after more waiting and the front aisle of the store now clogged with laden trollies, my wife went up to ask for some action, and the lady there eventually called for reinforcements at the checkouts over the loudspeakers, while giving off the vibe that it was all a bit of an inconvenience.I can remember when the basic concept of looking after your customers meant something. Not anymore, it seems. There seems to be an attitude of Sorry
