I have been a resident of the complex for just over 2 years now. The managers are very attentive and communicate very well. Really appreciate their standards they are setting to improve the livability if the complex. All the amenities and gardens are well maintained and the location just opposite Robina Town Centre is a big PLUS!!

I bought into Eastlake as a property owner a few years ago and have been very happy with the investment. The complex is well look after, requires low maintenance, is in excellent location and attracts good quality residents and owners. I am particularly happy with Brad and Anna Ellis who manage the complex and my property with their very professional, quality service and high work ethics. As their customer I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone .

I have lived at the Eastlake complex for 8 years and in that time we have had 3 managers 2 being in the last 3 years.With our time here it has been a wonderful Estate to live in.It is a very peaceful and secure estate , especially since the latest Managers have taken over.There has been a remarkable change in signage, gardens, Security and Communication to all the Residents that live here.With such a short walking distance to one of the Gold coasts leading Shopping centers ( Robina Town Centre ) out of the secure residents only back gate it is a place to live.With a Train station and Hospital 10 minutes walk from the estate next to a soon to be built family parklands next to the CBUS stadium home to the Gold coat Titans you cant get a better location than this.

Wonderful place to live. Great location that is close to public transport, shops, and schools. In the evening you frequently get some amazing sunsets over lake Lido. Would not live anywhere else.

East Lakes is a great little community. My wife and I moved here to bring in our son and it has been the best move of our life. We love the pool and spa area and the fact that it has a private walk way. It's extremely close and convenient to robina town centre. East Lakes is a brilliant place to live.

Great complex always clean and tidy .

3 different managers in 4 years. Nothing got fixed including the luxury aircon. The new manager has kicked lots of renters out, fixing things quickly then putting rents sky high. Glad I'm out, found a much nicer place at the same price.
