Great experience so far! Haven't had my gas/electricity connected yet, but they were so prompt and able to help as I am moving very quickly out of one home to another. Tara was amazing!Update: not even 24 hours after contacting them to help me set up my apartment, I rocked up with power. Super stoked with how easy they were able to make it!

After initial issues with the uploading of images I was contacted by Savant staff who resolved all of the problems to my satisfactionWe had a discussion about website design and Data Retention which satisfied all my concerns about uploading sensitive identify based images. Always a pleasure whenever I needed to ask questions, set up or close my account and always so quick and easy when speaking over the phone. I didn't realise I had not applied for my Seniors Power Rebate and my power bill was due so I called Savant to see if I could still claim. I spoke to Tara who was very kind and helpful. She emailed the form for me to complete and sign and I just had to flick it back and it was done. So easy. Thank you for your great service Tara.

Somehow missed the email about bill payments, which meant it was overdue and a penalty applied. Reached out to Savant and Tara was prompt in her response and kind in her understanding that mistakes happen and was happy to waive the late fee off. My experience with Savant's customer service has always been positive.

Not really sure why the total star rating is so low. Every experience I have had with the customer service team has been absolutely amazing. Always prompt to respond & super easy resolution of any troubles.
