I was pickup some material on today. Bad experience on the customer desk. His name is Robert. Tread as like a rude.

Rude staff. Very slow processes. Would not recommend.

I write this while I've been waiting over 2 hours to be served.I originally placed the order on Thursday and was told to call back 3pm to check if my delivery would be sent out the following day. I had called back Friday and Monday only to be told to do the exact same thing.How can you run a company and sell a product and not be able to give a delivery date or even delivery window? You are in the construction industry where everything relies on time and scheduling.When I raised this issue no one from the compang did anything. Instead I was left to organise my own truck and organise pickup to meet my clients deadlines which is against their company policy". They failed to mention their minimum requirements for pickup when I had called and told them I would be arranging pickup. After my long wait this morning I was sent away to pickup angles as I needed them to load. I was told they were on site but then was told they had none left and was sent to Bunnings and told "sorry".We will never be using your company again for block orders as it seems your company do not care about it's small consumers. Even after telling management that we will not use their service again they did not even seem to care.Really bad service guys. Never again.SincerelyUpset long time customer."

Online query was simple, response was quick. Purchased a few pallets of versawall, caps and pavers. Some were damaged on arrival but abdri were quick to replace - delivered within days. Thank you!

Sales staff are helpful. Forklift operators are helpful and pleasant to deal with. The gentleman in the gate house/dispatch yard office needs to learn how to smile. I would recommend this company and product

Sales centre was by appointment. The display area out front of the store was let go and untidy. It did however give me a visual of what the products would look like after 10 years of neglect.
