We settled on Factory Direct mainly due to price. We travelled from Cronulla to Greenacre to see the product. Michael was very accomodating. The expectation was for a precision installation of a vanilla flavoured built in robe of standard size and specifications. This is exactly what was delivered and installed. Very large doors run smooth and true. Drawers are tight and strong. The installer went to some effort to make the panels fit into the dreaded popcorn ceiling. He was a master of the silicon caulking gun. We are very happy with the end product which, by the way, came in around a third of the price of our local supplier.
