Only in Perth for a month and normally get my lashes done in Melbourne. I have a terrible habit of rubbing one eye so lashes always fall out on one side a lot quicker. Jen happily slotted me in pretty last minute for refills and matched them perfectly to the lashes I already had in. She also didn't charge me extra for having my lashes done elsewhere, unlike other places (or outright say they only do removal and a new set).Lashes have been retained well even with regular swimming and exercise. Clean salon, professional and super friendly. I will definitely be paying Jen a visit before I leave and whenever I come back to visit!

I have been getting Jen's lashes for over 5 years.. Her lashes are of high quality, durable, and beautifully fitted with your natural lashes. Pay her a visit and experience it yourself.Recently Jen introduced me D10 style lashes. With mascara, I no longer require to add strip style falsies which significantly reduced my makeup time. I was freed from glues and falsies at last. I was ecstatic.I recommend cients discussing your needs and expectations with Jen and for some, extension glues do induce sensitivity and teary reaction after application. Communicate with Jen and she will sort it out for you. I live 50 minutes away from Bateman, I still see Jen every month to get the lashes that make me happy.

Retention of the lashes last so well, a few weeks later and they still look awesome!First time coming here and I was very happy with the service, Jen was really nice and professional and my lashes look great. My eyes had a reaction to the glue. This has happened to me before from another eyelash technician and I do have sensitive eyes. I do recommend Jen the lashes were great and are holding well.

Just got my eye lash extensions / brows done by Jen, I look like a little doll! It’s my first time booking an appointment with her but it won’t be my last. She was very responsive on WhatsApp and answered my questions promptly. The salon is clean and well maintained, I felt very comfortable. Thank you Jen, hope to see u again soon!

Made me wait outside in the RAIN for 10 min. That should have been my first sign to leave this unprofessional place. When she finally answered the door she said “sorry I didn’t realise”... umm I texted you and you even replied telling me to wait? How did you not realise I was in the rain.During the session she used tape to hold my upper eyelid partially open! Not only did the tape KILL to take off, but it allowed the fumes to affect my eyes so much that I was crying the entire session.Furthermore, why did she even use the tape? It sure didn’t help her do my lashes. My lashes look like I get them done 3 weeks ago and have let them grow out, rather than looking fresh.You can see in the photo that (because my real lashes are light) the extensions look like they are floating above my eye!So I left the place totally unaware because my eyes were watering a burning a little from the fumes. I had to sit in my car for a while before I could actually drive home. My eyes were watering and the tape hurt.I’ve never experienced something like this before. I’ve had lash extensions from other companies quite a few times now and I can’t believe how bad this experience was. I’ll defiantly stick with my other place even though it’s a long trip.Waste of $150. Very upset.

Unprofessional, poor quality treatment and service:1. When I turned up she made me sit by myself for 10 mins whilst she talked to her husband in the kitchen about the shopping.2. She forgot to apply the curling solution to my right eye so now I look asymmetrical.3. Failed to apologise or offer any solution until I did a tonne of complaining. I never went back to rectify it because I lost trust.Save your money and go to a professionally run salon.
