I can’t begin how dreadful has been my experience with this business. If I could give them no stars I would. Their apprentice serviced my car and replaced break pads. When I collected the car and paid the excessive bill the car had a rattle in the front. I took back to Speedway Automotive and they said shock absorbers needed replacing, the cause of the rattle. I agreed to their recommendation and shocks replaced. However rattle was still present. I was then told the shocks they installed were rubbish and I needed to pay more for better quality shock absorbers and their were other components of front end which needed replacing and gave me a quote for approx $1600. I asked for the shocks they had removed and from that moment the relationship spiraled down. They couldn’t give me my shocks because they’d put them back in my car. I took the car to another service centre who gave me a bill for $80 after they’d tightened a spring in the brake pads, which was causing the rattle. They also checked other components of the front end and ensured me the shocks and other parts were “as new” and definitely didn’t need replacing. I went back to Speedway Automotive and am still waiting for an apology at the very least. Very dodgy mechanics and I’d recommend you stay clear.

Put in $16.50 in petrol and was charged $20 when operated manually put figure into efpos - have repeatedly tried calling with no answer. RIP OFF
