Been an average experience with Star Skills. Firstly, they require upfront payment for the whole block of lessons. I wasn’t keen on it but we paid anyways.The instructor was lovely, but always running late and we’ve had two no-shows so far.Called up the admin folk and they are less than helpful, won’t accommodate our requested dates and skimping out on missed lessons. Making it seem like it is our problem.Very unprofessional and disorganised. Would be better off sticking with a swim centre.
