Applied my screen protector and didn't clean the phone properly which resulted in dust and bubbles and didn't give me a refund and said you can barely see it. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here!

Pathetic customer service! Bought a glass screen protector for my phone and it chipped twice in 24 hours with no force. Had another one on for a year (bought elsewhere) which only had one much smaller chip after a year. Refused refund or replacement.

After having an issue with Apple at Fountain Gate I stumbled across I Collection while I was walking around. I can only say how professional the staff were and prompt with their repair (and much cheaper than Apple). Thanks for great service
