Reliable on time service. Vessels are well equipped. Staff could be more friendly but they were working a weekend so understand they'd rather be elsewhere

Amazing customer service including tips on how to rebook our ticket to allow for more time on Staddi. Easy to change the ticket, very slight blip on check-in with our licence plate not being recognised, but easy to resolve and we made an earlier ferry.Crossing was easy with clear instructions.Check-in stuff on the way home were also great and very engaging with kids.Look forward to our next trip.

They did the job. Signage was great - both on the road and after we parked. It was very clear where to go, both for passengers and vehicles. The ferry stop(?) itself was well maintained and the staff were efficient. I like how they had the information outside (see image)- you could see the timetable and the map of where the boat/ferry goes. They also gave some info about the highlights of the island. The boat itself was clean and had plenty of good seating options (both indoors and outdoors). They have a few pamphlets available too to tell you where you can go and what you can do on the island. The ride from Cleveland to North Stradbroke island was about 45 minutes, so it is definitely advisable to bring a game or book, or figure out what you’ll do on the island. The best part is probably the timing of the ferries. They time them to align with the buses, which is perfect for passengers!! (Also, you can bring dogs, but they’ll need to be muzzled and on leash).

On time which is rare for transport providers these days. Sort of like Jetstar on water, knees under your chin...

Appreciation for service as always and love going over to Staddi with both the ferry terminals here. We are lucky to have the access to this beautiful island and I really appreciate how you can wait for room on a ferry if you need to go later or come back earlier for unplanned events. Super accommodating and do a great job.

The service offered by this group was fantastic. The people who greeted onto the ferry were great and Mia who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service. We took the passenger ferry and appreciated the prompt departure, friendly service, clean and tidy interior with comfortable seats, and arrival/departure all on time. The bus service on the island is timed perfectly to collect Ferry passengers and transport them to the various beaches and towns around the island. Great for a day trip or a longer stay. The whole process was very easy, though do make sure to arrive early enough to find a car park and allow time to walk back to the ferry terminal as parking can be in high demand over the summer holidays and busy times.

Absolutely breathtaking. A must do for all of Brisbane's inhabitants. The journey to and from is quite the experience too. Hop on a Sealink passenger ferry ride from Cleveland to North Stradbroke Island, services available 7 days a week and about 15 bucks a head (students get half rate). Vehicle ferries too are possible, but be prepared to dish it out (about 70-100 bucks each way) and would need to be booked in advance via Sealink's website as the slots seem to fill up pretty quickly.Comfy ferry ride! Stay inside with some a/c on your face, or get adventurous and get some gale strength sea air puffing out your cheeks on the top deck seating area. I've heard that one of the ferries even has a café of sorts. Ride time - 45 mins. The bus journey (Go-cards won't work) is $10 for the entire day, as many bus rides within the island as you please, again 50% off for students. Get ready to walk a fair bit within the island, though, as buses may not be around every 10 mins like in the city. The bus journey from the ferry point ends at North Straddie's gorge walk. Ride time - 30 mins~.The gorge walk - The sights are too pretty to be true. Our attempt on a mildly sunny day produced crystal blue ocean waters, refined golden sands, and sculpted cliffsides that are simply too beautiful to describe. The gorge walk takes about 20-30 mins to complete and is a fair stretch to your legs (especially if you're lugging around some food and drink). You finish the trail almost at where you started (it's basically a big loopy circuit on the cliffside) and camp it out with a picnic sheet on the grassy banks overlooking the clear blue sea. Sightings of sea turtles and whales are quite a common occurrence. Mind the 'roo poo, though. Plenty of fellas hopping around, with a blatant disregard to the touristy kind, carrying on with their business!End the day with a dip in the sea, the Cylinder beach is about a 45 min walk/5 min bus ride (if you time your journey right - we didn't!). The indoor showers/changing rooms at the beach could be a little better maintained, but to be honest, it was really no big deal! All in all, a Saturday well spent. Happy days!

Staff on the ferry were friendly, professional and made the journey uneventful.Unfortunately many people sit in the priority areas for people with mobility , children, animals etc without justificationNice and quick journey to North Stradbroke
