This is by far the most authentic mortadella outside of Italia.Also, the free range salami is to die for, BUT, BUT, (and there isalways a but), the free range ham, TOO SALTY, man, it is saltyand too wet and for the price per kilo it was a major disappointment (or what I purchased was). We will always try and purchase free range whenavailable (hopefully to help the pigs}, but once again, may have toreview the amount of SALT in the free range ham.Ciao and thanks for the opportunity to comment on yourbeautiful range of smallgoods.P.S. Found Princi Chilli Salami at local IGA after forgetting to grab some Salami at Woolworths... best mistake ever!!! This stuff is ACTUALLY SPICY. Best Salami I ever had and one of the few Spicy / Chilli" products out there that actually burns quite nicely!"
