Worst company I've ever dealt with Organisation is poor quality/ rushing workers/ no idea on effective quoting or performance.

Our end-to-end experience with Acclaim could only be described as truly terrific. The sales consultant, the office staff, and especially the on-site tradespeople were professional, polite, and friendly. The sales consultant was punctual, polite, and personable. He explained our options and, without deriding anyone or anything, clarified our understanding of the range of options and the best decisions we could make and, most importantly, why. His follow-up was impeccable - we didn't wait more than 15 minutes for an answer to a text, even after normal business hours. The installation work was impeccable from start to finish. The tradesmen were considerate of the house and our furniture, and they consulted with us every step of the way on everything. The finish on the installation was first-rate quality work. Every component of the three systems was neat and tidy, properly bracketed and screwed and sealed. Conduit was enclosed, wiring properly out of sight. Just a beautiful job that added real value to our home. They finished ahead of schedule, and they seriously went the extra mile to ensure we were 100% happy with the job. Just great stuff! We would recommend Acclaim Air to anyone who asked - great value and money well spent!

Given the time of year, I was finding it incredibly difficult to find an Air Conditioning installation company to quote on the replacement & installation of our reverse cycle unit - summer with an intermittently working air con on the Gold Coast is definitely not an option for me. I made an initial enquiry with Acclaim and within 2 weeks I had a brand new Daikin unit installed and our outdoor unit relocated. In a world where customer service appears to come at a premium or not at all, I can honestly say Acclaims customer service and professionalism was 5 star. I had 3 young gentlemen come to my home - 1 to diagnose & quote and 2 to install and their customer service and professionalism is to be commended. I would absolutely use Acclaim's services again and have recommended to many. 10/10

Great service from the team at Acclaim!! Loving our new Daiken reverse cycle ducted System. Alessio was very knowledgeable about the products so was able to guide us. The installation guys were very approachable and worked very hard when on site and happy to discuss location of sensors etc Price was comparable with others but the specialised knowledge was priceless. Highly recommend

We just had Acclaim Air Conditioning at Arundel replace our ducted A/C system with a 10 kw Daiken unit.We found Acclaim to be very knowledgeable, thorough and absolutely professional throughout the job and in all our dealings with them.Their installers were all courteous with a good attitude and thoughtful and showed respect for our home and everything in it, taking all old parts, packaging and rubbish with them at the end of the job.We were also impressed by the use of their drop-sheets laid from the entry door right through to the job locations.If you need air conditioning, these are the people to talk with.Good people to deal with - unreservedly recommended.
