I will NEVER shop here again. I just had the worst experience. I ordered 3 boxes of Platsil gel 10 and was sent platsil gel 00 instead without my knowledge. I called the office and emailed them... no reply... So, I go into the melbourne store today to go get the items refunded. I followed the directions to a tee (the demould time was 1 hour and we waited an extra hour) The silicone then crumbled. I am not a happy camper as I travelled 3 hours to get this exchanged and this has totally waisted my time and money.
