Hi its us with the 10 months old baby...Is the pool still green and toxic?Is the tap water still dangerous to drink, and unsafe to take a child in the bath?Is the spa still not working?How about the 24 hour reception?You are rated as a child friendly" place??Please explain how You define that!Family friendly food? Lets serve a 84 dollar lamb shoulder to a kid haha come on all these other reviews are writtin by your friends and staff...To other potential guests please think twice before you go here..."

Beautiful place overlooking a valley planted with vines and surrounded by hills. The restaurant was warm and inviting, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Lovely place for a relaxing long lunch, just for two or with family and friends.

Stay away from this place! Worst hotel experience ever!If traveling with children, it is a direct health hazardous place to stay.On their website they inform future guests that it is a family friendly reccomandation. Its the biggest lie, ever. They call themself a Resort. Also a big lie. There is no such thing as a Resort at Warrenmang Winery.The water in the tap is toxic. It is not possible to get hot water to shower or wash hands. When turning on the hot tap it immediately start smelling of gas everywhere.The breakfast that is included, is not something you can serve for children or adults for that matter of fact.The rooms are dirty and dusty, and if you use wet wipes to wipe surfaces off after your baby, they become black.The pool was green and toxic.The spa was out of order.The restaurant is not open for dinner or breakfast on weekdays , Sunday included. So you have to find out for yourself. The thing is, that the nearest town is at least 45 km away.If you choose to go here, I hope you bring a good health.We promised the receptionist when we stayed here in January 2019, not to write a review if they managed their stuff fast and at least changed their information about a family-friendly resort online. As they have not done so, over a month later, we feel compelled to warn all other children's families from making the same mistake as us.It is far from family friendly.Do yourself and your children the Joy to stay away.

Great location, delicious food, helpful, friendly staff, rooms a bit dated but extremely comfortable beds, great balconies with sunset views, peaceful location, good proximity to wineries . . will definitely come back

Nice country getaway. Lovely views, very peaceful and relaxing.

Hmm I usually don't leave reviews but the owners may appreciate some advice to improve.1) place is dusty as hell. Cobwebs, dust, place needs a clean!2) something really wrong with the water. The smell, taste, heat... It's not fit for people to shower in.3) food options - need to reopen the restaurant asap. There is nothing else available around the area for people staying overnight.4) insect repellent required - kids woke up with bites all over them.The current state of the place, not sure if it is really fit to be operating as a place for people to stay.

Had a discussion for a party in April and due to changed management , my plan was ruined even though I have the details sent out to family and friend. Emma ,the manager of warrenmang winery is a liar and talked about previous management team who made a mess while she is away . Clearly it is not my problemIt could be that she does not know how to manage this place. Phone call back and forth and Emma told me the price of the room is increasing cause she did not make any money, again ...not my problem. I booked via Expedia and that so that is something she needs to work out with those companies. For food, agreement of the finger food for party was set and of course Emma told us she could not catering with the price we agreed on . But she waited till we called her then breaking the news to us. Not professional at all . The accomodation is ok, needs some work here and there but management needs to be changed if they want to run this place.

Great place for a weekend away. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help if there is a issue. The view from the restaurant is great overlooking the vineyard and valley. The food is yummy. The rooms, although a little dated, have comfortable beds and everything else you need and these are being updated. Would come here again the the location is great and its a great getaway location.
