Wow !!! Stopped in for a coffee , no paper in order machine , Music so loud !!! Not everyone wants to hear your music at 8am , same last time I went to this store music blaring .food on floor dirty tables no staff to be seen. Just have to read the other reviews to see serious problems at this store . It should be closed .

Toilets filthy and no toilet paper in Men's. With the profits McDonald's make they could at least keep the toilets and restaurant clean. At least they sent someone in to clean after I told them, but customers shouldn't need to inform them about their own restaurant's cleanliness.

Probably the worst food and service Thursday night, ordered +$50 and got cold food because they were waiting on the drinks, took food back and told them it was cold and they looked at us funny.... hello. Unbelievable, thought blowns plains was bad!!!

Management should be ashamed of this restaurant.By far the filthiest and understaffed restaurant I’ve ever set eyes on.Rubbish bins overflowing, toilets look like they’ve never been touched by a broom or mop.I feel sorry for the young staff members that were on front counter, getting abused for everything going wrong when management should clearly have more staff on.So many customers waiting for orders over 30mins.Not a single table was clean, rubbish everywhere.Couldn’t even see a shift manager anywhere to help front counter staff with the abuse.Do better Coffs Harbour Restaurant Manager.

none of the self serve tills had paper to print order numbers. the food was cold and as for the milkshake, it was all separated, chocolate at the bottom, vanilla at the top. the warmest part of the food was my ice cream and the ketchup. absolutely hopeless, not going there again.

Small maccas. Good playground for kids. Bin was full. Washroom was small and congested. Half the table was not cleaned. Service was good.

Not impressed when trying to make an order a person not taking an order was laughing over the intercom.When asked if the manager would be notified about inappropriate behaviour, we were informed it didn't matter. It was distracting and due to such the order was messed up.

As always, the order is lacking either chips or drinks. Today when I contested its missing 1 more chips, the young indian decent crew argued with me that it's I'll should be receiving. And when I insisted, she left and returned with my chips...only to rudely throw it in my bag. Talk about customer service eyy. I'd zero stars if thats an option.For one: not getting the order right...and two: being discourteous towards customers who only want to receive what they paid for.

Took 40+ minutes for a small order. Everything was cold. Drinks half filled. Pepper on fries and no salt??? Mess everywhere. I would rather drive to Sydney then use these toilets.
