As a small business owner, it can be difficult to juggle all the hats. Our business has grown over the last few years I have realised that me and my small management team really needed some help with our leadership skills.My team has just completed an excellent Leadership Skills Workshop with Caspian Smith from Open Sky. Caspian took time to understand our business, and the relationships that drive it before our workshop. He created a program that gave us both a fantastic introduction to leadership styles and skills, and also catered to our specific needs. His understanding of our business enabled Caspian to be flexible on the day to workshop some current issues in our workspace.Caspian is an engaging and enthusiastic teacher who knows his subject matter back to front.
