Let it be known this real estate is unethical in dealing with prospective buyers. We were given false information regarding a property for sale. The advertised property had not had any offers when I called. We looked at the place on Saturday and I put in an offer on Monday morning only to be told people were coming for Sydney that afternoon. I put in another offer (the asking price) after they had seen the place only to be told it was sold to them. When I asked how much they had offered the agent would NOT tell me what it was.So I was unable to offer any more. I will never deal with this real estate agent again.

I am very happy to have my investment property in Sapphire Beach managed by Natasha, and she is very professional, informative, responsible and quick response. Luke in Sales team is good too and he gave me several professional and useful advice about appraisal and markets.

Florent & Mundey were the agents we chose to sell our home and we could not fault them in the way they took us through the process of what was required. From the great photos they arranged to the very professional way they conducted the open homes was very reassuring. For each open house we had a great response and In 5 weeks we had secured two offers and decided on a sale with a price and settlement that we were more than happy with and did not think that we could achieve.We would have no hesitation in recommending Luke or Shane to anyone wanting to sell their home and now we are also purchasing through them, we are finding the same same level of detail and help guiding us through our purchase.

Unfortunately we found our experience with the sales agent to be dishonest and unethical to the extreme. We were the first to make an offer on this property and to cut a long story short, we were told in the end that there was an offer $5000 more than ours after 3 or 4 exchanges and with this, we declined any further offers. We have now learned that the property actually sold for $10000 less than our final offer was, which means the sales agent lied about the' higher offer' that obviously didn't exist and the property should have been ours, not to mention the fact that the vendor has missed out on at least $10000 on the sale of their property. I have email evidence of this deception. Buyers and sellers beware.

We had a first rate experience selling my parents Coffs property with Shane at Florent and Mundey. They were communicative, professional and honest with us as sellers and our buyers. The rates were competitive and we beat our market expectation. Couldn’t have been happier.

Property was put up for sale during my tenancy. They did not offer me a rent reduction. I subsequently left the property with a 14 day notice. Real estate tried to tell me that i had caused damage to the property and needed to fix it by sanding the cupboards and painting them, majing sure to ensure that the paint was level. When i raised that i had not caused any damage they insisted i needed to paint the cupboards or i would not get my rental bond back. Went into the office and said i refused to pay for damage i did not cause and certainly would not sand and paint the cupboards. I said if they insisted upon this i would take them to the tribunal instead. I questioned whether this was retribution for me giving a 14 day notice which was my right. Real estate then went back and said they had zoomed in on the pictures on my condition report and found that the damage was there prior to my tenancy. If i had not gone in and asserted myself they would have forced me to sand and paint the cupboards at my own expense. Disgraceful and unethical behaviour. Avoid avoid avoid

Real-estate agents not always the most honest, however you would think they would at least get there stories straight. Being told this office was not maned through January after Christmas, yet after calling the office directly was informed that yes the office was open through January after Christmas break.

We had a great purchase experience with Luke at F&M. He went above and beyond to make our journey as less stressful as possible. No question or request was ever an issue and he'd action it straight away. He was professional, friendly, with good communication. He took our requests with empathy to the vendor, they cancelled the first open house to allow us time for due diligence. He was patient when it took longer then expected to get to exchange and liased with the vendor to organise early possession. We are very grateful for having such a wonderful experience purchasing our new family home! Thanks Luke, you are highly recommended!

Alex and the team @ Florent and Mundey have managed my residential property for many years now and I would say maybe 2-3 weeks total over the past 5 years is the only time it hasn't been tenanted (and I believe it was so we could get new carpets / painting done). Communication is always prompt and responsive, inspections are detailed with photos and couldn't ask for more out of a property manager.Would highly recommend - Keep up the great workBrendan Graetz.
