I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel at Redcliffe Laser hair removal clinic. I had my first appointment a few days ago, and was extremely happy with my experience. I was immediately made to feel welcome by all the staff when I arrived for my appointment and made to feel at ease throughout my entire procedure. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and discreet. The clinic and its staff certainly exceeded my expectations.

The only place I will come for my treatments, which has been about 3 years roughly. Everyone is just so friendly helpful and makes me feel comfortable and also informed about my skincare. Would 100% say this is the best clinic I have been to and would highly recommend.

The staff are highly trained and very professional. They make me feel so welcome and comfortable. The improvement in my skin texture and firmness has drastically improved my appearance giving me more confidence. The girls are genuinely excited when they see the results. They have made me realise that you can feel attractive at any age. Invest in yourself, it's worth it.

Was a bit nervous and met with Maddy who was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I have bought a package which is good value and will take a few sessions to see the results. Maddy was very professional and very positive as you can see she enjoys what she is doing This company is very lucky to have an employee like Maddy as she is a big asset and have asked to only deal with Maddy. Thanks Maddy and would have no hesitation recommending Maddy for laser treatment.
