Saw Ben for a hamstring niggle. Got a very thorough massage to loosen it up a d some exercises to strengthen it. Ben is very knowledgeable and also a great person to deal with

Highly skilled, hard working, reasonably priced and a fun, friendly gentleman. It will probably change but I have found it quick to get an appointment in the past. I'd had long term back pain and he fixed it long term in 2 visits.

3 sessions at a Chiropractor, 2 sessions at a Sports therapist. 4 months of chronic painful shoulder and neck issues still persisted. I had trouble driving and sleeping daily and wondered if it was more than muscular after consuming copious amounts of Voltaren and Nurofen.ONE session with Ben and I was sorted. The following morning, no pain. The following week, still no pain. 3 weeks later, no pain. I am basically fixed. I don’t know what he did to me but it worked. Highly recommend!
