The staff are rude (especially the older ones), some staff seem to not know how to do part of their jobs, and without fail every time I order online, they are out of stock of a lot of products despite the fact that these items are stated as in stock online

I bought a big pack of Kleenex toilet paper but I forgot to take it with me, my hubby went there to pick it up the next day. They swapped for the cheaper one even he shown them the receipt. Luckily, when I can get the stuff back when I left them behind but it was not what I actually paid for.

The new manager of coals in Rockhampton South. Is an absolute legend. She went out of her way to personally go in the back to find me something that was buried behind boxes. That an employee was not willing to do.
