Very disappointing indeed and quite a first for us. Placed order around 5pm for 8pm delivery. Received a call from Menulog to say restaurant can't accept order coz they close at 7pm. I said we don't mind receiving orders earlier than time selected at menulog. I followed up around 7:30pm and Menulog hotline said driver will come around 8:30pm. At 9pm, I receive another call to be told order needs to be cancelled coz restaurant is closed already. Meanwhile, we still haven't had dinner and we were supposed to feature their food for a virtual birthday party back home. How annoying.
