Worst experience I ever had, always have to chase for appointments and on the scheduled appointment day always making excuses. No sense of professionalism at all. Scheduled an appointment for midday and no answer till 5 pm, had to keep on calling her and eventually told me I am busy and ATO is down" . NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM."

I don't often post reviews but I would like to share my personal experience. With her vast knowledge, she handled our most complicated tax returns easily. She was incredibly responsive, well organized and answered all my questions. I am also pleased with the amount she charged for preparing our return. Other companies have charged us more in the past for a less complicated return. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be turning to her next year.
